As Founding Partner of Next Frontier Real Estate Holdings and Broker/Owner of Next Frontier Realty, he has invested in office, retail, industrial, multifamily and land, acquiring, developing, repositioning and operating properties from entitlement through sale.

His investment experience reaches beyond real estate. After serving as a Managing Director with Bear Stearns and Gruntal & Co., he founded and led Spectrum Capital, one of the largest proprietary trading firms, with over 140 traders. As a Captain in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve, he learned the discipline and accountability he brings to every negotiation.
